"I’ve been a customer with Kristian Cooper, State Farm, since 2023. Unfortunately, I had a recent issue and was very disappointed with how it was handled—particularly with how Kristian Cooper herself spoke to me. As another reviewer noted, she tends to speak in a condescending manner, which I also experienced firsthand. She insisted I had only been a customer since 2024, despite clear evidence showing otherwise. Once the facts were presented, she went silent. Additionally, she claimed my insurance policy only increased by three dollars, which was inaccurate. These kinds of mistakes (along with many others), combined with her dismissive tone, made the situation even more frustrating. It seems that when you raise a concern or ask for clarification, it becomes a problem for them rather than an opportunity to help. I would not recommend this location, as I found the service lacking in professionalism and ethics."
